Daily meditation

Meditation is a skill we need to practice daily, just like sports. Even if you know the theory or have done it before, when you stop practicing, your skills get rusty. You might remember what to do, but your body just can’t keep up. It’s the same with meditation—if you skip it for a while, it gets harder because you forget how to relax and settle into that calm state. You might end up forcing yourself to be still, which only makes it harder. 

Meditation is about being comfortable with stillness, relaxing, and letting go until your mind naturally quiets down. It’s not about rushing or competing with anyone. That’s why consistency is key—you’ve got to make it a daily habit. Even just a few minutes a day can make a huge difference over time. So, keep showing up for yourself, be patient, and trust the process. The more you practice, the easier it becomes, and you’ll start to notice the benefits in both your mind and your life
