meditation session for organization

This week, we had the pleasure of welcoming the staff from Zip Zap Circus to our meditation center. They came with the intention of purifying their minds and learning how to relax both their bodies and minds. Under the gentle guidance of our teaching monk, they were introduced to the principles of meditation and how it can help reduce stress, improve focus, and bring a sense of inner peace.

During the session, the group meditated together, experiencing the calm and clarity that comes from this practice. Afterward, everyone shared their personal experiences, discussing the benefits they felt and the insights they gained. By the end of the day, they left with a renewed sense of energy, feeling more balanced and uplifted.
