In meditation practice, to go fast, one’s mind must be still, quiet, light, relaxed, and joyful.
To change our familiarity from working fast and wanting things instantly to happily waiting and letting our mind calms itself. You have to meditate regularly every day so your mind could slowly adapt to being more peaceful. Like a footpath in the garden caused by walking through the same path again and again.
Our mind is the same if we meditate in the right way day after day, the path to happiness will occur.
