The first session of meditation

The first session was held on Sunday Morning at Cape Town Meditation Centre. Today, the teaching monk shared the lesson on basic knowledge of meditation.

Including the meaning of meditation, the nature of mind, the importance of strong mind and the mind concept of meditation. After sharing knowledge, he led everyone to meditate together. Most of the participants feel calm and relax during the session and want to come again in the next session.

At the end of the class, the participants take a picture with a monk and promise to meditate every day.
