How to Join
Simply visit the Cape Town Meditation Centre at 10:00 AM every Sunday. No pre-registration is required—just come in, and we’ll guide you through a brief registration process upon arrival.

What to Wear
We recommend wearing comfortable, light-colored, or white clothing. Polite, modest attire ensures a calm atmosphere for everyone.
Do I Need to Bring Anything?
No need to bring a cushion! We have all the meditation supplies you’ll need.
Cost
Free of charge. While there’s no fee to attend, any donations are warmly appreciated and go towards maintaining the center.

*Please note that first-time visitors are asked to attend a Sunday Meditation Class at least once before joining our weekday sessions.

Experiences and pictures are not the objective of meditation practice. What is important is your mind development. All experience is just natural consequences of your practice.
