Focusing on the method

Today, teaching monks share knowledge about ๐๐ž๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐›๐ญ๐Ÿ๐ฎ๐ฅ ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ by focusing on ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฆ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฅ, ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฐ๐˜ต ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ด๐˜ถ๐˜ญ๐˜ต. Once you meditate for a while, you will experience inner happiness and relaxation or other things such as your body feeling light or expanding.

The key is to not focus on wanting this experience until forget how you got there. When you turn on the light, you need to press the switch not touching the light bulb. This is the same if you want the experience too much you will force yourself unknowingly. To prevent that, you should meditate every time like it is your ๐˜ง๐˜ช๐˜ณ๐˜ด๐˜ต ๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ฎ๐˜ฆ. Relax your body, relax your mind, do not hurry, and slowly but surely you will reach the same experience even better. It doesnโ€™t matter because eventually, we meditate to rest our minds. As long as you feel relaxed and happy no matter what you see it’s fine.

After the meditation session, the meditators voluntarily participate in cleaning the meditation room and collectively make a resolution. We believe that by cleaning the room, we are preparing it for the next meditators so that they can experience inner peace, just as we did. We consider this act of cleaning as a positive contribution towards leading a happier and better life.
