Learn to let things be. Do not be overly concerned about things. That is all one needs to get a taste of inner happiness.

When you meditate you have to relax both your body and your mind. You could relax your body by stretching, exercising, or lying down. But if you want to relax your mind you have to let go of everything. Try practicing at home. Before going to sleep, forgive everyone and tell yourself that you will not bring any bad thoughts to cross over the night with you. If you do it every day you will slowly learn to let things go in daily life and you will attain true happiness and peace from it.
