
On Saturday afternoon, the teaching monk introduced the purpose of the centre, then he shared his knowledge about the basic of meditation.
Most of the people had thought that meditation is hard, however, after learning the concept of meditation that value more about relaxation and focus more than the method to do it. The participants started to feel more comfortable and happier.
After stretching to relax body, the participants meditate together and reach the calmness and peaceful.











This meditation course consists of 6 class between 21 Jan – 25 Feb 2023. If you are interested to join this course, we have a next course which schedule on 8 April – 13 May 2023. And we will open for enquire on 8 February.
