In our daily life, we have so many things to do that sometimes make us feel like it is really difficult to manage time to meditate every day. Not just our work but also our relationship, we have to deal with. Solving these problems requires a lot of energy and brain power, which usually brings your mood down and have no mood left to meditate.
It is not like we do not have enough time but more like we choose to spend it on something else which could reduce the stress instantly like watching a series or playing a game. This action could be compared to adding sugar to salty food to make it more delicious but in truth make it even less healthy. If you want a sustainable healthy mind you could not do it suddenly by pouring new entertainment into your head. You have to learn how to let go and let your mind rest by staying still.
Knowing this, the question should change from what time should I meditate to how could I have a mood to meditate. When we meditate, our minds are like fish outside of water struggling to go back to the water because it is not familiar with the land like our minds are not used to calmness. It would go back to the sea of thought that it like so we have to change this habit by giving ourselves some regular homework that we could do every day

the center of your body and recollecting that you are lucky still to be alive, reminding yourself that one day in the future you must die for sure, spreading loving-kindness to all living beings in the world. - Throughout the day creating the feeling that you are united with the mental object at the center of the body: creating the feeling that we are inside the mental object, the mental object is inside us, we are united with the mental object and the mental object is united with us.
