If you have enough air ventilation you will feel fresher uplifting your mood for the entire day. Same with eating enough food not too little not too full, you will have more energy to do things.
When you eat well, your excretion will be good too. You are going to be surprised how it affects our mood just by excreting every morning. Doing exercise should be one of our habits for the weeks because the human body is designed for moving for your blood and air to flow well in the body you need to move.
Lastly, your emotions if you practice those 4 things your emotions will be good on their own, and when you have a good mood and strong body meditation will be a lot easier.
