How to Join
Simply visit the Cape Town Meditation Centre at 10:00 AM every Sunday. No pre-registration is required—just come in, and we’ll guide you through a brief registration process upon arrival.

What to Wear
We recommend wearing comfortable, light-colored, or white clothing. Polite, modest attire ensures a calm atmosphere for everyone.
Do I Need to Bring Anything?
No need to bring a cushion! We have all the meditation supplies you’ll need.
Cost
Free of charge. While there’s no fee to attend, any donations are warmly appreciated and go towards maintaining the center.

*Please note that first-time visitors are asked to attend a Sunday Meditation Class at least once before joining our weekday sessions.
