Sunday meditation session #2

On Sunday morning, The teaching monk shared the knowledge about the steps of meditation. Starting by relaxing your body then relaxing your mind and finally stilling your mind.

The teaching monk explains the importance of relaxation and techniques to relax step by step. After sharing knowledge, he led everyone to meditate together. The participants feel calm and relaxed during the session and want to come again in the next session.

At the end of the session, the teaching monk invites them to reflect on their meditation experience and write it down in a note so they can adjust and improve their meditation practice.
