World peace begins through inner peace

In order for someone to succeed in something, it is inevitable for you to have vivid goals. The clearer your goals are the easier you can reach it.

Meditation is the same if you have a goal for calmness and peacefulness as your ultimate goal. You could set a small goal in your daily life such as meditating for 20 minutes a day, talking with nice words, keeping your mood positive, and exercising every week.

When you do it you will have more confidence in your practice and you will feel more comfortable and secure in inviting more people to join you. That is how we build a good community, starting by ourselves and slowly spreading it to people around us.

As my master said, “World peace begins through inner peace”.
